Greg Bullard and Greg Stangle are Principals with IG2. Prior to founding IG2, we were seasoned big law firm and Fortune 500 in-house corporate attorneys. We have advised clients including family-owned businesses, private-equity backed start-ups, middle-market companies and publicly-traded corporations. Our representations have included serving as a trusted business advisor and handling clients’ corporate legal needs, from routine matters to the most complex transactions across virtually all industries, including records and information management, professional services, software, hardware, e-commerce, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, major retail, entertainment, advertising, insurance/reinsurance, franchising, real estate and transportation. Through our law firm, IG2 Law Group, LLC, we run a thriving law practice.

We have always been corporate attorneys with an entrepreneurial spirit. We have founded and built successful records and information management businesses, which we sold to publicly traded companies. Our comprehensive background as attorneys doing business advisory and corporate transactional work, coupled with our experiences in building and selling our own businesses, are what informs IG2’s approach to the information management M&A advisory business. Our clients benefit every day from the depth of our knowledge and experience.

We have served the records and information management industry on committees implementing policy and best practices. Our Principals

Greg Bullard graduated with honors from Kennesaw State University and earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the DePaul Law Review.  He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Debbie and two daughters.

Greg Stangle earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law. While at DePaul, Stangle completed a federal legal internship with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and his article on diplomatic relations was published in the DePaul Digest of International Law.  He lives in Hinsdale, Illinois with his wife Claudia and three sons.
